Below is a list of Village projects that have been proposed, discussed, reviewed and/or approved by the Village and the status of each.

River Park Estates Street Rehabilitation 2020

About the Project: Pavement pulverizing, spot curb, crosswalks, catch basin, manhole repairs/replacement and street paving. All remaining streets that were not part of the 2015 paving project will be affected including both entrances into the subdivision.

Contractor: Wolf Paving

Construction will begin the week of April 13th.

Work hours are 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday thru Friday,

Saturdays work may be required due to weather delays.

Chapman Farms Boulevard Project
About the Project: New road construction on the west side of STH 83 and will intersect STH 83 and Black Bear Blvd.

Status: Under Construction.
2020 Street Crack Seal Project

The project involves routing roadway cracks and joints, followed by installation of prescribed crack sealing compounds.

Tax Incremental District #4
About the Project: Tax incremental district proposed as a mixed-use district.
Information: Below are some resources regarding Tax Incremental Financing (TIF).

Status: Preliminary approval by Plan Commission on June 13, 2017.  Joint Review Board review on June 29, 2017.  Public hearing and final approval by Plan Commission on July 11, 2017.  The Village Board will consider the plan on August 15, 2017.  The Joint Review Board adopted the plan on September 6, 2017.
Pick and Save Storm Water Pond

Plans

Portions of the Village owned storm water pond located east of Pick & Save will be retrofitted.

Upon completion, total suspended solids reduction will improve to 80% from its current 20% design.

Improvements include a taller berm on the north side, new inlet and outlet structures.

The project is  being funded in part by a Wisconsin DNR Urban Non-Point Source construction grant.
